- Pre-School Stress Relief Project
A substance abuse prevention and mental health program developed to provide training, consultation and educational resources in stress management for Head Start, day care, and public school teachers. The project's goal is to enable teachers to instruct pre-schoolers and elementary school students living in high risk environments in developing positive coping skills for reducing and managing stress in their lives. The project provides workshops for parents on stress reduction techniques for families.

- Stress Management for the Learning Disabled
School-related stress is the most prevalent, untreated cause of academic failure in our schools. It is believed to afflict an alarming 6 to 10 million children a year. In a classroom of 25 students, between one and three students are at high risk for developing stress-related problems which would probably interfere with learning.

- Teaching Teachers to De-stress
In a study published in 2000 in the International Journal of Stress Management, 67 percent of teachers surveyed described their jobs as "extremely stressful," and stressed teachers could hinder your child's education. Researchers at Optum, a health research center in Minnesota, decided to test programs aimed at reducing stress and improving employee health.
